A group of young and wealthy investors caught wind that a promising land was in sell on the Las Vegas Strip. It is located between the Trump International and the Encore at Wynn, directly South of Desert Inn Road. The investors have the capital but not the vision of what the Casino/Resort should be themed or look like. 

Team Project: Come up with a concept, design and overall layout for the property. (Shelly Martin, Katie Hanzel, Nicole Romero, and Beatriz Coste)

My Collaboration: Design of the exterior of the building and layout of spaces. 

Our Concept: Féerie. A concept design inspired on the art of George Melies. 

Using as inspiration the different elements of design used by MELIES in his movies, from space components to underwater scenes, we came up with a concept that would reflect the time period of its work (1900's) and that would inspired guests with the idea of a 'Fantasy Art Nouveau Style'.
